well as far as I know the C grade pistons are the widest bore that the factory went with... I figured as long as they were larger than C you couldn't go worng on any engine

one of us is remembering backwards. I can't swear it's you. I think the A's are the largest standard grade and the C's the smallest but like I said I can't swear I'm right. It doesn't matter for the engineer anyway--the bore is whatever we tell them and the diamter is based off that. There's a specific ring set we want to use that is just a hone over the largest standard bore.

I guess i'll start a piston thread pretty soon. I guess here is as good as anywhere to say all those who want to order pistons in the first batch get ready to order. We will be ordering them sometime this week.

Ok, looks like we'll be ready to take the piston orders on Monday.

It's time to place your rod orders now. The new Eagle ESP forged 4340 steel H-Beam connecting rods, with alignment sleeves, and 3/8" ARP 2000 bolts. These aren't split sets either. These are weight matched sets of 6 put together by Eagle especially for us.

$575 a set
$10 shipping
$585 to your door

Anyone getting in on them paypal to sales@ecutune.com
or send me an email asking for a paypal invoice
or call 305-546-9359 to pay by credit card

I got it sent finally. I was trying to use a shipping address that didnt match the billing address on my card. I think that may have been the problem.

Still waiting for the sample piston to get there before I can lock in the price on the pistons. They didn't get it yesterday....presumably, hopefully, maybe today.

Ok, time to get your pistons orders in.

We're going to call it an even $1,000 shipped. Submit the payment as $980 for the pistons and $20 shipping.

lol, ya. We were barely even able to pull this off. We had to switch the distributor we are ordering through. The previous one decided to raise their price on us when it came time to actually place the order. CP is quoting these as $1310 retail. I was on the phone all day yesterday about these.
