That is looking sweet, Phil! I really can't wait to see it finished... Im trying to put that together, under the hood, in my head as well... and having a little bit of trouble.

Just keep saying, "one more and that's it," until we have all the pictures.

You going to take it to the track once she is up and running well?

Go over to Rock Falls and I'll have to come check it out.

P.S. I could use advice from someone experienced on my turbo Si project.

you mean like this?

Si's are a cake walk, that manifold costs around 600, you can find manifolds for much cheaper but its stainless tig'd and equal length. this full body Si runs 11's

Good work in progress.

The header pipes look the goods Phil, that should stop the interferance, between the two sides.

I think we will be looking at a full blowen SVX, soon.

Harvey.

Thanks a lot Harvey, lets keep our fingers crossed

No pictures today, cutting the bumper for the intercooler(the actual bumper not cover) turned out to be a nightmare, and ontop of that the torch ran out of o2 3/4's of the way through. The intercooler piping should be completed tomorrow, then everything goes off to be Tig'd.
all parts neccisary are paid for, and only waiting on the couplers(black 3 ply) and the oil adapter.

Congrats. Looking forward to seeing the finished product. Did you ever get the stage 2v5 update?

I have some other good news. It seems as though i should have enough room to fit a smaller battery in the engine bay still. I had already bought a junction block etc but this will be much better, and then i will not have to install a remote shutoff when i do go to the track. I took some mesurements and will tell you how it turns out when i head to the battery store on monday.
