Hi, my name is Cho Lor. I'm currently living in Anchorage, Alaska. I joined just this summer. Sorry I have not been on much to post. I have a 1995 L With new Paint. It is Emerald Pearl. It has 130k on the engine and the car has been reconstructed. You guys can find out more about my car in my locker.
It's great to know that I'm not alone and there is people who like the car other than just me. See ya.

New Car
Chalk up one more SVX owner in Seattle! On Friday I rode the train down to Portland, and drove myself home in a red '96 LSi; it's in great condition with 110,974 miles on it. I got a terrific deal, too. I am beaming.
Done since purchase: replaced broken driver's side window switch assembly replaced drooping rear-view mirror removed broken key from old trunk lock and reinstalled lock barrel fixed balky sunroof obtained new keychain remote installed new battery replaced stock wheels with lightweight (14.2 lb!) 17" Kosei KS-T1's replaced bald tires with new 17" Pirelli PZero Nero M+S 225/45/ZR17's installed new trunk struts cleaned headlight covers replaced antenna mast had alternator rebuilt It's good to be part of the SVX family at last! Well almost new! I ve been here about a month. I have OWNED a 1995 SVX for about 28 hours now. OH MAN! What an experience! I would have owned one mucho sooner had I known this! If I knew how to attach a pic I would show him to you! LOL, yep, I know girls arent supposed to do this kinda thing but I DO!

Hello guys!
My name is Kirill, moved to USA Virginia from Russia about 6 years ago. Have purchased a 94' Blue SVX LS-L. I wont lie I am fairly new to pretty much everything about the car mechanically. I am 18 years old and attend George Mason University this is my Sophomore year, going for a Computer Science and Business degrees (double major). SVX is my baby... I love my car and I am really excited that I have found such a community and am going to do all the research I can so that I can begin working on my car itself. Mechanically (even though i am an amateur in these things) I believe SVX is one of the toughest vehicles ive ever tried to mess with I hope someone agrees with that.... or else im gonna feel bad that I am just to stupid to understand things lol. So yes, geographically I am in Northern Virginia/Washington D.C. Metropolitan area. I would love to find more SVX owners in my area to perhaps work/discuss and enjoy these beautiful vehicles! My current goals include a touch up paint job (keeping the same color), new stereo system, ECU, Air Intake... the rest is up in the air as I am really tight on funds (being a student sucks!) Well I guess thats it, -Sov

Welcome to the site. It is a different car because of the codes and electrical system that most are not used to. Good luck on your car fix up.

SVX-less right now but not for long
Hello,
I have been lurking on this site for a while, just registered today. I owned a red '94 LSi for one day before giving it to my daughter. I fell under the SVX spell in that brief 24 hour time period and definitely plan to buy another one for myself in the near future. I absolutely loved everything about the car, especially the way it handled. The steering felt like new. It cornered so tight, despite 90,000 miles on it. When I sat idling at a stop light, it was so quiet and smooth you couldn't tell the engine was on. Visibility, superb. The beige all-leather interior, well, pure luxury. The looks from the other drivers, priceless.
