Man !!! this car is a marriage between old school and new school concerning the body design... it has no streamy lines concerning the innovation of its design. the first flaw is the front hood, the openings on its middle and the outragious section where it intersects the front windshield (old school). That is really ugly. Second is the front headlights, just imagine them only having the two big round lenses without the third smaller one. Isn't it better? now the car's tail... can't this guy imagine a better one rather than this one? Typical early 80's design....

The car was apparently first produced in 1997?

Not sure, but that's what one web site review had written.

Or how about the racing version? Pic taken July 31, 2005 at FIA GT race in Spa-Francorchamps. Don't think the car finished but it will be racing again.

En effet, confirmation est donnée que l’équipe prendra part à cinq manches du Championnat FIA GT 2005 (en catégorie GT2), à savoir : Imola, Spa-Francorchamps (les 24 Heures), Zuhai, Dubai et Bahrain. Les pilotes retenus pour ce programme sont Renaud KUPPENS et Bas LEINDERS, plus que probablement rejoints par Sébastien UGEUX pour les 24 Heures de Spa-Francorchamps. Ces trois pilotes ont un sérieux bagage et connaissent fort bien la voiture. I think i can build this blue Vertigo or similar to it out of Fiberglass... Anyway I will make a Fiberglass project next summer where i will try to make a car of my design.... but i am tempted to duplicate this one or similar to it...

There is a Vertigo in GT3 or 4 or maybe both. I didn't like driving it much. For GT4 the F1 McLaren BMW is the best handeling followed by the Audi R8. Still an intresting looking car.
