I just thought of something.
Didn't some old inventor nearly destroy his house with a resonating device he built? I'm watching this video that was just posted and it's showing how everything was pulverized into dust. Surely the stresses of a collapsing building creates tons of dust, but could not a resonating device weaken a building's structure?

You are correct sir! Our planet is a resonating device and some say, a living organism. When the planet resonates we experience earthquakes. So it isn't too large of a lateral leap in logic to see the potential of a micro earthquake machine, device or even the proper explosive, to cause sufficient vibration to bring down a building. No doubt a tremendous amout of energy would be required. WGJ
