Didn't have to pay anything. As for xbox live, you can always have a free "Silver" membership. I'm all about getting something for nothing, but I'm not ruining my gaming experiance on an overpriced low rate system with limited titles..

Cause it's free? I mean, why not? All you need to do is put an additional fan on the back and it runs great! Sure it's a minor inconvience to us to have to buy additional parts but still the 360 holds MUCH higher sale numbers than the PS3.. Not only that but Gates is a genious for making us buy additional parts..
He's just getting ever more rich.. That's the only fault that the 360 has! That's the ONLY thing I've noticed other console owners ragging on the 360 about! Only that and the "bluray" bit. I'm not even interested in a bluray player!!! Maybe the day they start to come out with pr0nz on bluray, I'll buy a player. Till then, it's not happening. I have a LCD HDTV but don't even buy movies in the first place.. Thanks to Netflix..

Actually, with a few friends and a few beers, bowling can be a good time. I don't exactly see "Call of Duty" being set in Candyland, but that matters not.
The point of the thing is that a non-related thread got launched into another endless mine's-bigger match, and it's really kind of dumb. Nobody's going to win at PS3 vs. Xbox, and nobody's going to win at PC vs. Mac. Why fill up a thread with it?

PS3 online is a pain in the arse, I remember attempting to play Resistance, it was a pain to add anyone because you had to leave and go to the console screen to add. I just prefer the ease of Xbox to PS3. I have every system so I mutually hate them all =D. Although PS3 could have done a new dashboard besides using the PSP one. I did a damn term paper on PS3 vs. Xbox360

Wii tricks people into exercising. Also some other cool Wii games I won which are great. Wii Zapper owns in shooter games.
