How about that ![]() Oh well, all better now. I could just stand in the garage all night, stare at the car in it's unfortunate down time and still love the car. Heck, when I was waiting on a tranny last year, I would just stand and stare in amazement..... I wouldn't say I love it ![]() |

If I were stupid enough to spend that kind of money on 15 pieces of chrome plated metal that has no moving parts it would be MAC that I choose.

So, is this brand loyalty from employees or ex-employees? Or am I just a retard for buying Craftsman tools?
They're shiny, I find that they are well-made and I dig the idea of having a national chain of stores I can take a broken screwdriver to and have it replaced.

Craftsman is a good tool for the money, comparatively. There are wrench sets out there that are much less expensive than Craftsman that are just as good. It's just hard to find someone that'll sell them to you and even harder to have them warrantied. (sp?) Once you use a MAC or Snap-On (notice who I listed first

Well I'll jump in as a Ex-Craftsman salesman!
![]() I worked the hardware dept. at Sears for 6 years in my high school/college days and heard all the good and bad from customers. Never any complaints though when we would unconditionally no questions asked give them a shiny new hand tool if they asked. Sometimes it wouldn't even be technically broken, but we stuck by the "customer is always right" policy. I could go on all day with stories of the experience but I won't. ![]() ![]()

we all know it is easier said than done.
keeping your foot out of the svx is no easy task. the car loves to be driven fast, especially on the highway. i hit the century mark more than i need to but it is such a joy. anyway i will start driving a little slower.
i just had my right headlight go out......the left one went out about five months ago. what is the frequency of replacement on these?

I have not had to replace either my high beams or my driving lights, but they get used less frequently. I never turn my lights off, so the low beams get turned on and off no matter what time of day it is.

i do the same thing.....
i keep all my lights on at all times. i just dont want to deal with turning them on and off.
if i only have to do this once every couple of years it is really not that big of a deal.
