I DEFINITELY agree with the Diamond Audio recommendation. I have 2 10" Diamond Audio M3 subs in a plain jane sealed box. Not loud, but sounds great for the music I listen to (rock and alternative). Hits a lower note with much clearer bass throughout the entire range than the 2 12" Kicker L5's in my other car (which is a hatchback). Go with any series of the diamonds.

I have a 10" Kicker Comp VR powered by a majestic 500w amp.. Sounds REAL good, and space isn't much of an issue.. If I wanted more space, I could've mounted the amp on the Q-Logic box..

I'm still pushing the same old junk in my car. Still an un-carpeted box, and junky subs. The amp makes one heck of a diference in bass. I believe (sir beefcake) remembers the little sound off at the 2002 tri state subaru meet. I still don't know why that was hitting like it was. All those cool looking peices in the back of that car, you should be hitting a lot harder than that. I'll say this though, Linkin park sounds very good one my junk. Now I'm going to bed. I just got home from a joy ride and I have one heck of a headache.

I neeed to get my 12" sub transplanted because the current box it is doesn't fit. but I've been consdiering going with this http://images.auctionhelper.com/imag...om/RFT3101.jpg Now I'm not a big fan of a setup like this but trunk space is a premium and I'm not looking to shake pictures on walls just get the lows.

you know youd get better sound with the subs facing your tailights, that is unless you drive with your seat down?

I fixed my sub. New box ported and reset my crossovers.
Now it can go much harder and louder. If I want to. Most of the time I don't.

Boomin check my locker for pics of my new setup.

I want a remach.

I looked in your locker, nice sub and box - wishing I had the $$ for that diamond. Anyway, I think I understand the amps, and the crossovers and the distribution blocks - what's the other thing (top right)? If I was guessing I'd say active crossover, but you already have passives, so...

Hey now.... A sound off at tri state? Would they let us do that? I'll have to get my new subs by then and some better power wire, but that sounds like a heck of an idea. It'll probably be just you and me going at it, but we can go to the other side of the lot so no one feels the hot dogs spinning in thier gut. I'm waiting for ya.

I only looked into your car briefly like twice I always felt like if you wanted me to see it you would have showed me plus i figured after the power line thing you didn't even want me near it.

I would like a ride in the 5 speeded SVX though.

Go for a ride, no problem. Drive, not in your life time.
