As for a realistic hope...I hope to see at least 65 signed up and at least 50 cars show up at the meet.

Out of curiosity of the 65 car showed up there are 30 people (many usernames with 2 people) signed up for dinner. That should show how many people are gonna show.

BENEBOB,
Could you post a listing of the folks signed up for dinner that "you have received a check from" for the dinner? I sent a check, and I would like to be sure you received it.
Thanks much, and again, thanks for setting all of this up!
Harry

Yeah, Harry, I got yours. I've been meaning to get around to posting a list but just haven't gotten around to it quite yet. Definately by next weekend though.

dinner is saturday at the hotel, buffet of beef, etc..

The cost per person for dinner will be $21.50 BEFORE April 7th.

After April 7th we will honor everyone who signs up for dinner on a sign up list which will start on the next post (YAY! I'll be first!) the cost per person due on Saturday will be $26. (sorry but we have to make up for the no-shows with out it all coming out of the planners pockets). Remember if you aren't signed up on this list by April 7th you will not be able to go to dinner.

To everyone wishing to prepay for dinner at the discount rate of $21.50 per person you can either paypal myself or send me a check (prefered as paypal takes their typical fees). BE SURE TO INCLUDE YOUR SCREEN NAME AND THE NAMES OF THE ATTENDEES either on the check or in the paypal remarks line.

Where to send checks:
Ben Roth
245 Pleasure Rd
Lancaster, PA 17601

Where to send paypal.

I heard a rumor that you have to be present at dinner to get the trophy.

I'll have to give you a run. I did pretty good at the MD-Crab meet...... What is the Reading race a paved track or dirt?? It its dirt I wont be running, but if it's paved, you just watch the smoke fly. I only had one set of tires so I was being coservative last time.
