Has anyone thought of inviting a couple of mags to join us. With a turnout over fifty cars we might make the cover. If not it would be a good story. 50 of the sweatest cars, now thats fat.

Over the past four years, we've alerted various magazines to join us. We've even alerted the local newspapers and the area Chamber of Commerce. The CofC was cordial and kind, but did not really show a great interest. Local media has never shown, nor has C/D, R/T or Motor Trend.

Certainly, if anyone knows someone at one of the mags, that would be great. If ANYONE wants to take up the torch of writing to the editors of the various mags, feel free to do so. It would be great to get some coverage, especially since this will be the 5th Annual meet.

One would think that R/T would want to check us out, since, they wrote such a favorable review when the car first showed up. Go figger.

has anyone thoguht of asking different mags

c/d r/t etc tend to deal w/ new cars from the factory, they don't do much of anything with the people that are out there

now mags like SCC, SS, and the other tuner mags would be much more interested, i know that many people from nasioc have had their cars featured in the magazine and it might be worth a shot asking them to come and do an article on us

I just sent an e-mail to one of the editors at SCC. I'll let you know if they respond. Im not exspecting them to, though.
