Unhappy almost got stranded

hey guyz, sorry i missed da meet out there i was half way there and i had to turn back, it seems like the people that rebuilt my transmission didnt know what they were doing and it was leaking pretty bad, almost left me on the side of the road near mile marker 100 on the garden state, the gears were already slippin, man what a scare, but i got home in one piece thank god for that, was able to get tranny oil in when it would empty out...shoot, maybe next time

I'd like to thank Alan for making that beach photo shoot more fun. I got the GTO a little stuck, and we got me out easily, and you had to go out do me and burry your whole car.

And tim, i love the Pic of the GTO you took, its my new backround

Good thing tim posted the video..my long rambling list would have made NO sence at all. It was a fun day, and yes, I also aquired a new computer backround

Reading....

But if people would like to come out for a photo shoot at the Beach they need to do it soon because that entrance is closed off in the spring/summer. If there is enough interest I will organize one

Great video, Tim. Now I had a second shance to laugh my butt off.

On another note, Thanks to Tom for putting together a great meet - the rally was much better than I thought it would be - especially since I won even though I did get turned around a couple of times and had to back-track.

I can't believe you won especcially since you didn't have a co-driver. Congrats

My friend and I were having trouble reading through the directions and the questionaire lol...

Another random convo during the rally: ::crept up to John and Mike::
me: Is this 72nd street?
John: I dont knowww
me: Hmm I'm gonna drive up more and if I turn around that's the signal that I went the wrong way....

Yea great meet tom... was my first real one and i'm glad I got to finally get beach shots with the svx.

There's a meet in Reading this year

I already got in trouble for screwing up the dates and making other plans for yesterday . I'll let you know about coming down for some beach photo's.
