As for replacing them, I'd use either STI group N mounts or Impreza mounts, both of which you can fit onto the mount bracket by ovaling the bolt holes a little bit.

From a picture in SVXfiles locker, it seems as if there are 3 bolts indeed holding the engine mount plate to the engine itself, probably why I split them lifting it up....
I don't want any mounts too hard - I assume OEM mounts hard to get hence the wrx ones? And why Group N - more rigid? Does it let more engine vibration through? Cheers Matt
