Thanks i have find it out now.

On the us wiring it was.

Black: Ground <--This was also tha same on mine.
Blue: Posetive 27W <--This was also the same on mine.
Red: Posetive 5W.

And the Park ligth it was
Blue: posetive
L:white/R:black: Ground.

And its work really good too.
