Re: Grrr.... new tires installed, still vibration.

I have had many people balance tires and then drive them to find out they are not really that good at speed. Bubble balancers are inexpensive and easy to use. I think I would use a tape weight in the middle of the rim on the inside to compensate for the static. After a good two plane balance is done this would be a check on the static. Peace, John

Re: Grrr.... new tires installed, still vibration.
Found a local guy who said he would do it for $50.
I'm going to pick up a loaded caliper from Napa permitting they have one. Seeing as there is a brake caliper kit listed way below that, will I need that as well or just the loaded caliper? Also, will having a new brake pad (loaded caliper) create any issues with the driver side, already half worn brake pad? Should I go unloaded? Thanks in advance...

Re: Grrr.... new tires installed, still vibration.
Bleeding was a pain... I got a set (4) russell speed bleeders and it was SUPER easy especially if you dont have anyone to help you. Well worth it IMO
