Can anyone figure out what this guy is saying???
He took parts off his car to drive this one then it was damaged at the previous owners house but it was never in an accident(hood is crushed) never drove it but runs good but won't start. Title in someone elses name

Really if someone knows what he is saying please tell me. I am at a complete loss. I could be just tired but I think this is jibberish.

If any one bids on this car I would be extremely amazed as it starts at $800
