erratic engine running issue with the new 6spd.

I'm have an odd problem with my new 6spd SVX since I bought it and figured I'd post it and see if anyone has an idea what might be the cause. The car fires right up and idles pretty normal when cold for about the first two minutes its running. After about two mins the engine idle starts to slightly surge worse and worse until the car dies. I was thinking it was a vacuum leak so I tried to pinpoint the leak by spraying starting fluid all around intake/intake manifold and some random hoeses while it was running and could not get it to react. The check engine light is on and the only code that is comming up is for MAF sensor/circuit. I tried swapping out the MAF with a stock one and then another Z32 to no avail, but the code would still pop up each time even after being cleared. By the way the car has the Ecutune 2v6 chip and z32 MAF installed right now. Everything on the motor seems to be intact and there so I am kinda running out of ideas what it might be. Please let me know if you have an idea what it might be or need to know some more info on the car.
