loose wires...any ideas where this goes?

I just got back from the gas stations and i bumped the inside cover for the fuse box with my left foot and it fell off.
I went to put it back on but i paused...i saw a few wires below the box and saw one blue wire just chillin all alone.

.any ideas about this or naw?
I took 2 photos with my cell phone...Anyhelp would be appreciated.

Interesting story..by a doctor in miami. I am from miami and joined the airforce. The doctor gave it to his son in the navy and brought up Alaska. Where she met me (svx). I had to have her..love at first sight.
