What is happening about the SVX model?

Has anybody heard from John Rowe lately about the SVX model?

We ordered one and paid the money, and then in February we got an email saying that he was going into retreat. The email said we would get a letter from him and a refund.

That was the last thing we heard. No letter, no refund. We sent John an email back in March, but didn't get any reply.

We're not suggesting that John has run off with our money, but we'd like to know what's happening. We'd be very upset to find that our letter has got lost in the mail and the models have since sold out.

If you're reading this John, then please email us. Failing that, does anybody have any other contact details for him?
