I am a SVX owner now

I don't know if this is good or not, but I recently acquired a 94 SVX for a little less than $1000. The car has 123K miles on it. It runs and drives. The interior is in good shape, exterior is so-so. The car still drives good, but the owner did tell me the AWD is starting to go. As a safety precaution, I just put the car in FWD since I care more about reliability than AWD. I drove the car 120 miles back home, no problem except the auto tranny acts up when it is super cold. It just doesn't shift when it is cold. Also when it gets hot, I notice a slight RPM rise in between shifts. I guess the tranny is starting to go huh?

What do you guys think, good deal or bad? This is my winter beater, my commute is 2.5 miles each way in the morning.

Only problem I can see are

#1 Slight water leak in trunk
#2 Dull paint
#3 Fluid leak at the valve cover and some wet spots at the diffs. I think I saw a puddle the size of a fist in one day.
#4 Couple burnt bulbs inside the gauge cluster
#5 Loud blower fan
#6 The auto tranny problem
#7 Perhaps awd problem?
#8 Four bald tires

The goods are
#1 No rust
#2 Good cross drilled slotted rotors with 65% meat on it
#3 Clean interior
#4 Quiet engine
#5 Straight body
#6 New timing belt and front axles
