Anyone have the best fix for our yellowed jaundiced headlights?

Try Chicanes deal with using chrome polish on the plastic. I did that tonight at work and it cleared things up. Just grab a clean rag with some polish and scrub at the headlight for a while.

Thanks, we use lens polish and it works well but I think it still limits the amon\unt of light emitted. I'll look for new oem lights .

Even if you polish or even buy new lenses, the light projected from the stock SVX headlight bulbs will be that usual yellow.
For the ultra bright white colored light, I suggest PIAA platinum series bulbs. A little pricy but you will definitely be able to tell the difference if you have these bulbs, even more so if you put them behind a polished or new pair of lenses. |

We've discussed the light issue a couple of times already. PIAA lights are higher wattage which means they can and will melt your harness and short out the lights. Not a good idea. Go with the philips cool blues or silverstars. I think they are made by philips.

I used to run PIAA 100W yellow fog lights. They ran great. It's just that I have seen melted harnesses. My harness is still there after 2 years of use. My thing is why use something with more wattage when you can go with the factory recommanded wattage on a bulbe. Yeah I should talk. I think I have all my lights modified now. ![]() L

I have the sylvania cool blues, and they are excellent. Only $10 each, and they put out more light than the stock bulbs, and look cool.
