Wtb: 92 Ls-l

I am looking for a 92 SVX LS-L in Liquid Silver. I'd like it with the Touring option and the Spoiler. Body must be straight, some chips and scratches are fine if they're minor, but no major damage or rust. Non-smoker only. Records of maintence is a big plus. I think it goes without saying but it needs to be in great running condition. I'd be willing to go to washington, oregon, idaho, utah, nevada, or arizona for the right car. I understand I'm picky, but I'm willing to pay a lil more for it. Also, I wont be ready to buy for another couple weeks, i just wanted to get a headstart on the searching aspect.

mine's got all of the above except for the Silver part, it's got a brand new Midnight Black paint job though, and has over 15 pages i believe of maintenance records. I'd be willing to part with it for around 4,000 or so.

how about one that has a silver hood? does that count? see locker. That was done by a lifted truck who decided that it wasnt worth their time to report it or even a opps note. Thats why I have a pearlie with a silver hood and no grill. BTW if youre interested it can be yours and its within your 500 mile range.

ilsegreto, I dunno, I'll definately keep you in mind. Whereabouts are you? Hows the records on it? I trust it's an LS-L with the spoiler? Was that the only damage on it?

yep, and just take a look at my locker and you can see the pics. I'm in San Diego right now so I can stay close to my neurosurgeon, but for the most part Chico CA.

wooo damn that's nice. What's the tranny like? How often is the fluid replaced? What about the wheel bearings? Are you the orig owner or second, or third or what? Do you have any previous maintenance info? Why do you want to sell it? And finally around how much are we looking at? (give or take 500-1000)

So far so good with the tranny. The fluids replaced on scheduled maintainence and the oil every 3k w/mobil 1. I think the front bearing might need to be replaced. If you look at my sig I have to many cars and just bought a new 05 2.5RS so this SVX goes. I have it advertised@4k. It has a new stereo MP3 player with Sirius (active)and I just replaced the ac fan. Brakes done in Aug, and several hoses this month.

hmmm, I'm very tempted. Really though my gut tells me to hold out for a liquid silver, although pearl is my second choice. Let me think on it for a while. Do you have any other people interested in it?

ilsegreto, are you going to be home anytime so I could take a look/test drive it. I'm still interested, just kinda anxious.
