Miles and gas prices

Just got a new job, and now commute 40 miles one way so I put on a good 500 miles on a week and am was thinking what everyone else does? Also what are current gas prices where you are from. Saw the low price of $2.91 today

I have a 44 mile round trip and go to base about 4-5 times a week. I paid $3.58/Gal today.

I do about the same right now. but gas is at the corner for 2.97 Which is ussually the cheapest in the area, there is a shell that I think is at 2.92 right now, but I havn't been over there for a couple days.

Go Shell! Thats pretty much all I put in my SVX. Plus the station I go to has a "cash" price and "credit" price. Usually the cash price is right on with the On-base gas.

26 miles round trip...add another 10 to pick up the wife on my way home from work every day. Paid $2.95/gal (93 octane) yesterday at the Shell by my house.

Of course my SVX is still up on jackstands so I'm still driving my turbo Grand Am. Only getting 15-17 mpg. I can increase my gas mileage by 30% by keeping the boost gauge from going into positive pressure.....yeah right, like that's possible
