Jack Stand Placement Front and Back

Gentleman & Ladies (if any),

I need to put the car up on stands and dont wish to ruin the underside of the vehicle or damage something. Thus the question.

Can someone tell me or take a pic and show me where the stands should be placed for the front and rear?

On the front I place them on the subframe that is at the base of where the controll arm bolts to. In the back right in front of the rear wheels there is a round pad with a bolt on it that is the best place in the rear
