FS: 1995 SVX L-AWD 89K Brilliant Red
Location of the SVX: Tucson, AZ
Year: 1995 Model: L-AWD VIN: JF1CX3350SH100627 Manufacture date: 01/95 Paint Color: Brilliant Red Interior Color: Gray cloth Miles: 89,127 AWD or FWD: AWD Modifications: Outlaw phenolic spacers, ECUTune Stage 1v(4?) Major service: Transmission required Engine Condition: Excellent, fresh timing belt, oil pump, water pump Maintenance Records: Available from 2004 on. It was a dealer purchase with only 18k miles at the time. Transmission condition: Fragged, see below Glass condition: Good: Front, some chips, no spider webs. Sides, all are good. Back, glass is good, defroster is damaged and tinting didn't come off very well. Type of tire and remaining tread: Primewell PZ-900, lots of tread left Type of wheels: Stock SVX Interior condition: Good to Excellent Body condition: Some door dings, no major damage, roof paint is sun damaged and trunk doesn't match. Known defects or problems: Bad transmission Comments about the car: Here's the story. The stock SVX transmission was starting to die. I was experiencing the long, slow shift and major noise from the front differential. I decided to do a 4.44 swap. The rear differential is done. I installed a transmission from a '98 and either the transmission was DOA or I damaged the pump when I put it in. Either way, the wheels don't turn. My bad luck/skill. I have decided to cut my losses with this car and just sell it as is. In the photos, the wheels are still off as the lower front suspension is disconnected. It will roll when you come to pick it up. The trunk lid is from a '92, I still have the original, but it has some damage to the right rear corner. See this picture, the small white area of fiberglass just below the spoiler at right side. There are two transmissions, stock SVX and the donor '98 (TZ102Z2DBA-KF) with a bad pump. I also have the stock differential components. The engine runs great, and I have a video showing it running right after I finished the transmission install. I did a great job not showing my utter disappointment when I put the car into gear and nothing happened. Ask any and as many questions as you want. If you think I'm a crackpot and want to talk me out of selling my SVX, by all means please do. Asking price: $2000 O.B.O. I am motivated to sell this thing. MAKE AN OFFER Pictures: Attached and more are available. SVX_DASH.JPG SVX_DF.JPG SVX_DR.JPG SVX_FM.JPG SVX_FSEATS.JPG
