Couple of questions

Hey all
Hopefully I'm not pestering people with these questions... I'm just still learning They're just simple little things about the car that I don't know.

1st up I just installed an alarm in the car and just wanted to know if I have all the correct lights coming on when I turn the key to ON/ECU?



2nd, when I installed the alarm I noticed this white connector was disconnected so I connected it back up and noticed absolutely no difference in anything in the car. Can someone please tell me what it is?


I had extra questions but I forget.
