Having new custom FLOORMATS made

I have a company wholl offer me some nice ass carpet
floormants, thicker then stock but with hopefully some
sort of SVX logo on them in a variety of colors.
F/R sets.....twice as thick as the stock ones for about $100
for a set I hope.
Anyone interested post here and Ill post some pics if I get them done......

thanks...Dayle

yeah me too Dayle if the look stock and don't move all over the place like every fricken aftermarket floor mat does.
Can the SVX logo be a diff color...Always liked it in Corrados
(go ahead call it rice...even though it came from a German car before the term "rice' was coined.)

floor mats

I'm game too! Would love to just have a Red SVX since it would probably hold up better than the white but I'm content with white as well. Just as long as the quality is there.

combinations

will be limitless....whatever they offer we'll be able
to get......
We can also have the logo anywhere and any size
Im almost sure.....they are all made to order.
I was going to send them a stock set to make the patterns
off of for starters....that seemed like a good idea.

Now the trunk mat I could go for! On mine the edge stitching has come out and I'm too lazy to bother to sew it up again.

...that is unless someone has an extra one they would part with and is going to the Reading meet?

landshark, flimsy? I don't know about you but my stock mats are quite thick and heavy. Far from flimsy. The spares i got from autozone i would consider flimsy. I find it interesting that dayle is offering mats that are twice as thick. That is pretty thick. But either way iam up for new ones

Yeah. I agree with chris. My factory mats are not flimsy at all. In fact they are of much higher quality than a lot of mats I've seen.

Mike

PS- Trunk mat sounds awesome. I would so be in on that one.

I would tend to agree with that. The ones that came wiht my 95 are much better than the 3 sets of used 92 mats i have. I keep the 95 mats in the car with a set of 92 mats on top. I keep a spare set in the trunk, and i have another set in my closet just in case.

Definately a higher quality than the 80's GM mats. My grandmother has a 88 Corsica with factory mats. The thing has like 50k on it and might have had 2 people in the back seat in those 14 years and even the rear mats are ripped to shreads and all icky looking. I've actually bought paper that was thicker than those things in my life .

So what is it with the trunk mats fraying? I thought it was just mine.
