92 pearlie in pennsylvania... price???

ok so i have a 92 SVX LSL, with around 130,000 on it
THE GOOD
-just put 4.11's in it
- it has a new TPS
- new plugs(platnium 2's)
-"cold air intake"(well just the filter)
- raidiator
- 17" rims
- cd/dvd/mp3/toutch screen player,
reverse glow gauges(blue)
- 8000k HID's
- just had exhause work and inspection done in feb.,
THE BAD
-when in 3rd gear and decelerating it will go down to idle
-Torque Converter will not lock up all the time(once in a whil it has its fits and while going down the road will buck and carry on and than stop its fits)
-could use a starter silonoid
-speedometer does not work due to the gears inside the front diff, but that has to come back out anyways to put the T.C in, and i still have the old one and it has those gears on, so i could just put them on it,so thats no biggie.

what do you guys think is a decent price for it?
think 2500 is out of the question?
it runs and drives, it just has its spells every once in a while. i am pretty sure that it is the T.C but not positive.
