Car is full of rust doors, quarters. A mess!

I sat in this car I started this car up motor sounds great. End of story !!! The buttons for the windows fell off in my hand , driver side window in partial open position. .Rust on both doors, Big chunk taken out of the spoiler, car is 3 colors of red, Front seat is split across the front bolster, antenna is stuck up and there is no antenna motor sound when the radio is turned on.
