Little tip my cousin gave me....might help you out a bit. Go into the fuse box(s) at night, when its nice and dark. With everything off, pull a fuse and see if it sparks. It it does, then there's current flowing through that circuit when there shouldnt be. Thatll help narrow down your draw..and if its a fuse for something not necicarry, you can just pull it for a temporary fix. might even be something as simple as them damn sunvisor wires bein shorted (a crewdriver and 2 minutes will find that problem)
4,000 is plenty reasonable for a car with that low of miles, even if it does have a minor nuiciance of an electrical problem. I would feel like a crook offering much less...Im sure the car was well cared for
