Of the reality of mangled language we have French versions of the Canadians settling in Louisiana. Transformed to "A Canadian?" to "Arcadian?" to "A Cajun?". This one is actually true.
Which brings me to Menomonee Falls WI eventually evolving to "Menomonee Falls?", "Menopause?", "Monotonous Walls?", "Phenomanal Balls?"
