no.....no.....no.....it would have to get colder than you can even imagine for brake fluid to freeze (unless, of course, you've got water in your lines, which is a whole different discussion  ).
Installing SS brakelines is one of the best things you can do to improve the stopping power for the SVX, IMHO.
