Ahmed, sorry to hear you are having problems. Again.

Like Al says, you could look for and get someone to skim the discs on the car. It worked for me.

[The engineer skimming mine said the OEM discs were very hard and brittle, not as soft as most discs]

Another thing to watch out for is the fact it could be a rear disc that is now warped and shimmying.

They tend to get warped from repeated hard stops from over 100. You must be using them hard to be getting repeat problems In which case another solution for you would be to go to bigger wheel size and fit larger discs, particularly on the front. This cures warping permanently.
