In every project there comes a point where you just have to ask yourself, "is it worth it?"
Not so much from a dollars & cents point of view, but a peace of mind view. Is it worth it to have this stuff driving you crazy?
I can't tell you what to do, but you need to get to a calm place to assess what direction you need to head.
When I get into a project I can get to a point where everything else be d**ned I'm GONNA finish it. I usually step back long before then & analyze where I'm at VS where I wanna be.
In your situation, I'd likely look for a car that's the yang to it's ying. Find one that's been wrecked & swap in a good set of mechanicals.
