PS Pressure hose

Does it matter which PS pressure hose I use with my LSL vehicle speed sensitive steering? On Subaruparts.com, there are 2 different PS pressure hoses (from rack to passenger side of resevoir...also called the return line). One is a single piece hose featured in the main diagram. It is $85 and I already have it. There is also a 2 piece line consisting of 1/2 hard line, and 1/2 hose line. The hard line half is $54, and the hose line half is $95. The both cover the same portion of the PS fluid circuit, they both attach correctly and are formed to take virtually the same route.

Needless to say, I'd like to use the one piece one that I already have. Any reason I wouldn't be able to?

Thanks.

Mat

I don't care if Subaru says it's STI...it will always be STi to me
