From only looking at the parts brake down it looks like you could just unbolt the rear sub frame, struts, and posable the rear traling links and then disconnect the brake lines and drive shaft.

You need to switch the fuel tanks? Hmm, I've never heard of that before. Are the FWD and AWD tanks different shapes?
