I'm not sure we have a "how-to" for knock sensors and O2 sensors. You'll definitely find info on replacing both if you use the "search" feature for the network. I've got pics in my locker on the replacement of knock sensors. O2 sensors are pretty straight forward. Make sure you get a good O2 sensor socket that works with a 1/2 inch ratchet wrench. The electrical connector disconnects using a thin straight blade screwdriver (check the connector on your new O2 sensor to see how you have to insert the blade and just turn it slightly to unlatch the connector.
