thanks for all the input. my mother, her brother, and her father, are all trying to convince me not to buy the car. my response was, 'you didn't drive it.' lol anyways, i went searching for a company that would give me an extended warranty...came up with a handful. one that caught my eye the most was this thing called 'warranty wizard'...soooooo tacky, but they said they'd give me two years coverage with no deductible for about $1100. checked them out on the bbb...said they'd been in operation since '85. i think it's fair enough if the tranny would need work just once...any opinions on this? sorry i seem like such a half-wit about this...i just want this car, and will do almost anything to have it. call me crazy...but i already know i am
