Thats the long version, the short version is that either the Black-Yellow wire that runs from that plug to the TCU plug, has a problem, or more likely the ECU has a problem in not supplying the 5V. I think you still have a problem caused by the Battery jump mistake.

Ok. So the ecu dont send the message it should? Can this bee that i use a RHD ecu when my car is a LHD? Or is the some other sensores or realy that have been damage?

How can this been check by a diagnostic from subaru?
