thanks for the support everybody.
it's still a somber mood at the shelfy household. i put away sprocket's food bowl which was difficult. and i guess i'm trying to overfeed the other two kitties because they didn't finish their food from last night's dinner. they all eat dry food so it's not going to waste.
mornings are the hardest because we go through a daily routine. sprocket drinks from the sink every morning while i get ready for work. and i clean out the cat water bowl and fill it up with fresh water every morning so she can dip her feet in it all day. usually, it is empty and has pieces of cat litter in it, but this morning the water dish was clean and mostly full. i'm getting choked up again just typing it.
