By TCU do you mean Transmission Control Unit or Transfer Clutch Unit? I thought I saw one of your posts referring to the transmission control unit computer which is why I ask. This sounds more like a transfer clutch problem. This may not have been touched by a non-Subaru shop. This sounds like the problem I was having recently.
