Re: Idle Air Control Valve Adjustment
Turns out that by turning the sensor housing (which can be done without removing the valve), the idle speed can be adjusted. When I reinstalled the valve I loosened the sensor housing so that it could be turned without again removing the valve. After installation, the car idled at around 1K once warmed up. i then moved the housing very slightly, counter clockwise, and the idle went back down to around 700 rpms.
