How come the rust is coming in the way? I am supposed to sand off only the oxidation coat right? untill i see the oxidised layer going off from the paint. Right?? i will keep on sanding slowly and smoothly over that region with soap water on it constantly untill I see the clear paint. first with 1000 and then 2000. Correct me if I am wrong.
