You don't need an "SVX mechanic." What you need is a good, reputable shop that will give you a solid quote up-front, then stand behind the work. The guy who replaced the rear wheel bearings (and timing belt, seals, water pump, etc.) on my car had never seen an SVX, and one year later, all is well.
