There is a product called "Steam" that I've heard is very good. There is also the Gunk brand degreaser. Make sure you wrap your alternator in a plastic bag, just to be safe, and, if you take off the Throttle Body cover, shove a couple of bags into the throttle body openings. Just follow the directions on the can. Also, keep it off the painted areas and try not to soak your insuation on the fire wall and your hood.

These cleaning products are available at your local "Pep Boys"
"Autozone" "Advance Auto" and equivalents.
