As Trevor points out solenoid C posts the code [means signal is out of an expected range]
In theory if Solenoid C was your only problem, you could change it for a new one and your problems would go away.
In practice you could put a new solenoid in there and it might still bind, because the clutches may be gone.
Your trans specialist will take off the rear transfer case from the back of the transmission to replace Solenoid C. While he is in there if the clutches are toast, then they must be replaced at the time also.
