I hope this will help. For serial numbers and production numbers, Subaru uses the last 6 of the VIN. The first SVX to be produced for the US market ends 100022 and it was a LS-L produced in 1/91. Make sure you take into account the Model year (N - Model Year [N=1992, P=1993, R=1994, S=1995, T-1996]) This should help a little.
