If it is time anyway to change the timing belt, rolers and waterpump you might want to by a set of cam-gaskets (do not know the right word) at the same time.

I also belive it will be a good thing to replace the check-valve an clean PCV-valve. There are a few things more but I cant remember

Sorry to say - It is properly not just a loose spanner.
The timing belt, oil pump and cam seals were done in April.
