That freight train is either your wheel bearing getting ready to self destruct or the infamous resonator failure.
I ultimately replaced both rear housings and bearings to eliminate the bearing failure problem...cost 1600+..but well worth it. Haven't lost a bearing since, knock on wood.
I corrected the resonator problem by having it cut out of the exaust system $70. That lasted until I failed my emissions test. At 227,000 miles the 3 Catalytic converters don't do $#^*. Cost for that replacement (including some pipes) was $2400...The replacement tail pipe has no resonator.
