go out with some friends and relax, do something for you! don't even think about him, look where he is right now! (you know what i am saying, i am NOT going into details) better yet, cross him off the list in your mind and just worry about yourself, i know that is hard because you are such a caring guy who thinks of others all the time, but try your best
