I'd say Mobil 1 as it has the highest flash and fire points verified (211 I think is the flash point so at that point it begins to break down) independently which B&M and Redline don't (or at least I couldn't find). Most ATF starts to break down around 200 degrees. In my 95 with a digital gauge in the pan I can easily run about 100 above outside temps in normal daily driving. Plus it is readily available and compatable with any Dextron/Merc out there.

Not that B&M and Redline aren't good, I just like to have a lab verify the claims on the bottle before I put it in. They are kinda speciality fluids and aren't real popular in the mass market due to cost so its tough to find independent info about 'em.
